The Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine participated in the Houston International Festival to promote Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine on April 21 and 22 of 2007. This activity attracted near two thousand people. The picture shows that people were in line to get information and a free consultation. There were about 1,200 people who visited the TAAOM booth during April 21 and 22 and in addition, more than 2,000 acupuncture flyers were distributed.
The Chinese embassy and the Center of Chinese Culture helped to arrange the TAAOM participation at the event. TAAOM members provided support for the event.
