Houston International Festival




The Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine participated in the Houston International Festival to promote Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine on April 21 and 22 of 2007. This activity attracted near two thousand people. The picture shows that people were in line to get information and a free consultation. There were about 1,200 people who visited the TAAOM booth during April 21 and 22 and in addition, more than 2,000 acupuncture flyers were distributed.

The Chinese embassy and the Center of Chinese Culture helped to arrange the TAAOM participation at the event. TAAOM members provided support for the event. Many thanks to those who helped make this activity a success. Participation members were: Kai Xun Liu, Marco Lee, Wendy Zhang, Kathy Liu, Lin Lu, Lin Jia, YingPing Weng, Chen Xia, Marie Tsai and Yanfang Liu.

To Promote Acupuncture On The International Festival!

Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine will attend the “International Festival” in Houston from 1:00pm to 6:00pm on April 21 and 22, 2007 (pending on 28 and 29, 2007) to promote Acupuncture profession.
Acupuncturists or students who are interested in helping the event can either call 832-282-1682 or come directly to Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine booth # SA 610 which is located at the entrance of Great Wall, on the street of Bagby.
